How long does the search process generally take?
Search length can depend on many
factors including the client hiring timeline urgency, the candidate
availability, and the job degree of specialization and relocation
considerations. On average, from position definition to offer
acceptance, it can take from ten to 30 days to complete a search.

Your privacy and confidentiality is
respected. Your resume will only be submitted to potential clients once
your permission is granted.

What happens to the candidate’s resume?
As long as you remain in our
database and your contact information is current, we will contact you
when a position we represent fits your interests, qualifications and
geographic preferences. Due to the many layoffs, a personal response to
every resume received is not possible. However, your resume is important
to us and is kept active in our database confidentially until further
notice from you.
